Welcome to 15 Minute Bottles Cellar Door
In 2021, Tom, Anne, David and Lana released their first wine called Test Pots, a Pinot Noir from Central Otago. Their eclectic backgrounds in wine, hospitality and agriculture has culminated in this project, producing the kind of lively, energetic wines that they love to drink.
Tom and Anne live in Cromwell, Central Otago. David and Lana live in Christchurch near North Canterbury. Their latest offerings include releases from Central Otago and North Canterbury. The fruit is sourced from family owned and operated vineyards who are both certified and practising organic.
Their exposure to energetic and thought-provoking natural wines coined the phrase “15 Minute Bottle,” which represents their collective ethos towards drinking wine, where a bottle is shared around a table, inspiring conversation, conviviality and connection.

Reviews
"The 2023 Syrah is made with certified organic fruit from Terrace Edge vineyard’s free draining gravels on the south bank of the Waipara River. The nose has spice and violets, before you dive into a smash-able, youthful palate with delicacy and a juicy energy."
-WineFolio
"It’s one of the more exciting, fresher Pinot Noirs we’ve seen from New Zealand, and we’re excited to introduce this first bottling as a way of introducing this forward-thinking group of winemakers."
