Luscious notes of blackberry and dark cherry intertwine with subtle hints of vanilla and a touch of spice.
Harvested from 4-year-old vines, this marks their inaugural crop. The grapes are gently basket-pressed, and the juice is directed straight to the barrel. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 9 months in aged oak barrels. Bottled manually under cork, it remains unfiltered and unfined. Each bottle bears a unique number, with only 280 bottles crafted in this vintage.
