Tasting Note: The 2021 ‘Bergman’ Chardonnay has again been barrel-fermented. This wine shouts ripe stone-fruits, juicy rockmelon and a biscuit toast note. The indigenous yeast and malolactic fermentation have created an appealing full bodied mid palate. It is vibrant with an intersection of flavours, i.e. there are taste sensations in all directions. - enjoy. Cellaring: Drinking now, and will age nicely for up to 5-6 years. Food Pairing: An ideal pairing with slow roasted chicken, coated with seasonal dried herbs.
