Bursting with blackberries, blackcurrants, cigar box, oak, and toasted spice with a hint of wild dried herbs all contribute to the manifestation of a special wine. Cellaring: Drinking now with good decanting - and will age gracefully for 10+ years. Food Pairing: An ideal wine pairing with slow cooked lamb back straps under a herb-crust.
