GRAND RESERVE CHARDONNAY 2022
Grown in the Tuki Tuki Valley, this is a multidimensional Chardonnay with ripe, subtle flavour with richer peach, cashew and fig notes complimented by vibrant mandarin citrus / citrus blossom notes. The fruit is overlaid with complexities of roasted nuts and toasted brioche.
Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed before being wild fermented and aged in 25% new French oak for 11 months. Has undergone 100% wild malolactic fermentation.
A medium to full bodied Chardonnay balanced by gentle, fresh acidity and a whisp of flinty minerality.
