2023 Le Phant Rosé is made from Syrah (98%) and Viognier (2%) grapes, grown in our Te Awanga (SEA), Bridge Pa Triangle (EARTH) and Gimblett Gravels (STONE) vineyards. Aged in tank for 9 months without oak.
"Delicate and restrained, the wine shows white flesh peach, lemon pith, crunchy apple and pomegranate notes with a hint of savoury nuance. The palate displays excellent focus and fine flow, delightfully framed by crisp acidity, finishing long and linear" (Sam Kim)
