This 5 Star coastal Hawke's Bay Chardonnay has been worked right through primary and malo frement. Stored in our Ka Tahi cellars in a blend of new and seasoned French Oak barriques until bottling. Sam Kim from Wine Orbit describes it as "Wonderfully ripe and beautifully complex with golden peach, vanilla oak, brioche and lemon peel aromas, it’s richly textured and weighted in the mouth delivering terrific fruit power combined with seductive oak infusion. Well structured by bright acidity, finishing persistent and creamy-smooth." Drink now, or cellar for up to 5 years.
