100% Syrah Rosé this was originally intended for a larger batch of Roses Pet Nat but it just tasted so good on it's own we decided to split the batch and bottle some as a still wine. This is a slightly more serious replacement to the ever-popular Flamingo (don't worry - it will be back in 2024) with berry and stonefruit notes and classically Syrah spice and florals to add complexity and depth
