 Time & Tide, they say wait for no one. As winemakers we know the significance of seizing the moment. We have one chance each year to harvest the grapes at just the right time, and making crucial decisions that shape the character of this beautiful wine.

A vibrant and juicy Merlot from the exceptional 2020 vintage. This Merlot spent 25 days on skins to extract the colour and ripe tannins. It was pressed off into barrels 15% new and spent 12 months in oak before aging further in tank before bottling. Blend of 89% Merlot 11% Malbec. Bottled Unfined and Unfiltered
