Trinity Hill
Emma Rosé 2024 750ml New Release
New Zealand artist Emma Bass and Hawke’s Bay winery Trinity Hill present the Emma Rosé. Traditionally roses are planted on the edges of vineyards to indicate vine health, they also mirror the harvest’s cycles of birth, growth, demise and renewal.
WINEMAKING
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness, then gently pressed upon arrival at the winery. Clear juice was then fermented in a tank using aromatic yeast strains to retain freshness and vibrancy. This Rosé wine was then left on its yeast lees for 6 months to build palate weight and texture without compromising freshness.
THE WINE
This wine has aromas of bright fresh violets, forest flowers intermingled with delicate rose petals. The palate bursts with intense fresh red fruits, plum and spice, with a creamy texture and tangy acidity on the finish that gives the wine vibrancy and freshness.
It is a deliciously light style Rose that pairs well with niçoise & Greek salads, soft cheeses, or cured salmon.
