My aim is to allow this site to express its origins. A distinctive reflection of a special vineyard site. Once seabed now lifted from the seafloor to be gentle North-facing hillside. Dried herbs and spices on the nose and fine, mineral and taut on the palate. 1110 bottles made.

Eaton Sauvignon Blanc Thistle Hill Vineyard Marlborough 2021

Complex aromas of lemon balm, grapefruit rind, bell peppers and asparagus. The medium-bodied palate has focused acidity and creamy texture, giving notes of red-apple skin, lime zest and flint. Atypical in style with a powerful character. Drink or hold.
