With hand harvested fruit sourced from the Wairau and Waihopai Valleys of Marlborough, this Gewürztraminer displays fragrant aromas of rose petal and honeysuckle, with a gentle suggestion of red apple, ginger and Turkish delight.  Bold flavours of rock melon and ripe orange on the palate, with subtle hints of lychee and spice.  This wine is off-dry, with a plush mouthfeel and long, clean finish.

Food Match:  We recommend dishes with aromatic spices and flavours, such as Moroccan, Thai or Chinese dishes.

Cellaring:  This wine is ready to be enjoyed now, or beyond 5 - 7 years of the vintage date if carefully cellared.
