Moutere Rosé 2023 750ml

Made from our Pinot Noir clones “Abel” and “Dijon 115” this is a subtle Rosé offering a layer of summer fruits, good length on the palate and a dryer finish than the norm for NZ Rosé.  Salmon pink in colour -  just gently chill for casual or fine dining.

Hand harvested, 50% skin contact (6 hours); 50% whole bunch press; stainless steel tank fermentation using aromatic yeast; kept on “fine lees” post fermentation (4 months). 13.0% Alc/Vol.
