From humble beginnings in 1973, our family has continued to craft exceptional wines from our estate in Nelson. The Seifried label represents our premium estate wines, made from fruit grown on well-established vines, typically over eight years old. As highly renowned Sauvignon Blanc producers, our Seifried Sauvignon Blanc is no exception. The 2024 vintage was truly outstanding in Nelson – in fact, Hermann Seifried has remarked that it might be the very best vintage of his 49 seasons in the Top of the South! And that’s coming from a character not known for exaggeration or embellishment. A dry, settled growing season ensured the fruit was harvested in pristine condition, with perfect ripeness and flavor.
