The 22-year-old Valli vineyard in Gibbston, is regarded, as one of the benchmark sites for Pinot Noir in this famous sub region of Central Otago. The Burn Cottage Valli Vineyard 2021, has bright, focused aromatics with rose petal, red fruits, and savoury wild herbs notes. It has a wonderfully supple palate with concentrated fruit, fine tannin structure, and persistence on the finish. Whilst enjoyable now it has cellaring potential of 7-10 years.
