Burn Cottage
Sauvage Vineyard Pinot Noir 2019 1.5l
Who would have foreseen, that the area of Felton Road in Bannockburn, once famous for its gold deposits, would become renowned for its ability to grow World Class Pinot Noir?
The 20-year-old Bannockburn vines deliver a Pinot Noir filled with black plum, cherry, and raspberry notes with a touch of ripe blueberry, with subtle hints of violets and an appealing earthy /spice charter. This is complemented by a rich textural palate, with suppleness and fine structured tannins. This is a great expression of Bannockburn Pinot Noir, and we think it has cellaring potential of 10+ years.
