Ballasalla Pinot Noir 2022 750ml

 

Our second tier Pinot Noir that has always over delivered! This wine has a lovely deep ruby hue and is perfumed with poached rhubarb, pot-pourri, red cherry and soft, earthy spices. It washes across the tongue and gums with fresh, frisky tannins, and soothing raspberry layers to create a long, lithe finish. A 10-month stint in French oak has injected a smoky layer which adds to its complexity and sippability. With Bendigo being one of the warmest sub regions of Central Otago this wine sings of ripeness as well as balance. Best drinking from late 2024 through 2029.
