Reserve Pinot Noir 2020 750ml

The Grey Ridge Reserve is designed to be cellared, but also to be drinking beautifully a few years after bottling - and this vintage hits both targets :)

This powerful yet elegant Pinot Noir showcases bright cherry aromas, underlined by ripe and silky tanins, and it finishes on toasted and spicy notes.

Sediment present.  This vintage has developed an unusual but perfectly natural sediment as it ages. The always present and usually disolved flavanoid, Quercetin, is precipitating out with age, due to specific climactic conditions during the season.

It makes no difference to the taste, but is visually unattractive (it floats and swirls!) if it lands in your glass.   If that bothers you then we suggest filtering or decanting.
