Organic Chardonnay 2023 750ml
This Chardonnay is made from organic grapes harvested of O naturel land. It was whole bunch pressed, fermented with the wild yeasts in Stainless steel barrels. The wine went through malolactic fermentation and left to age on lees for 12 months to add texture and toasty/nutty aromas.
Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulphur
