Organic Sparkling NV 750ml

This Methode Traditionnelle is made from Organic Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown on O Naturel land.It was whole bunch pressed, fermented to obtain the base wine and left to rest until ready a few months later to do the tirage where the wine is bottled with new yeasts to referment and form the bubbles we love so much. The bottles are then laying down for at least 15 months to add texture and complex flavors. When the wine has aged enough we place the bottles in a specially angled rack to manually riddle the lees down to the neck of the bottle where they will be frozen in a bath of ice then disgorged by hand. The result is pure, fresh and dry.
