'Straw hues with golden highlights and very bright appearance lead to a bouquet of complexity and richness, barrel ferment scents and ripe golden apple and baked goods. This wine's story is best told on the palate with a satin-cream touch then flavours of baked apples and pears, a mix of fruits and barrel spices, lees and fine tannins. I suggest some chill on the wine for service - say 10C. Best drinking from 2024 through 2027'.
