Chelsea Riesling 2024 750ml

This beautifully balanced medium sweet Riesling is highly perfumed with aromas of white blossom, ripe apple, citrus, pear, and elderflower on the nose.  The palate also shows rockmelon, lime cordial and poached pear. The wine is medium in body with a fresh, lingering finish. It’s a versatile Riesling that will shine as an aperitif and pair well with seafood, curries and many creamy and soft cheeses. Enjoyable at release, this wine will continue to evolve for 10+ years.

Wine making notes

These Riesling grapes came from a steeply sloped vineyard in Bendigo. The grapes were hand-harvested in mid-April while the fruit was in pristine condition. The Riesling was whole bunch pressed and cool fermented to retain aromatic freshness. Fermentation was stopped at optimal balance for a medium-style Riesling.

This wine is vegan.
