2023 Hawkes Bay Chardonnay

Colour: Youthful, pale yellow with golden hints

Bouquet: Nectarine and ripe Apricot stone-fruits infused with Lemonade citrus, in harmony with warm toasty oak notes.

Palate: A luscious blend of stone-fruit, vanilla bean and ripe guava.  This is a classic Hawkes Bay Chardonnay in style, with a more primary textured fleshiness, and a beautifully long mouth filling finish with a delicate oak spice.

Food Match: White meats and cheeses.
