Colour: Bright, with deep purple hue.

Bouquet: Smoke Cherry Vanilla, with a hint of dark plum.

Palate: Fruit forward, with blueberry overtones. Less tannic than previous years.

Food Match: As always, BBQ and soft cheeses.
