Aroma & Palate

Bursting with citrus - lemon, lime, and fresh herbs. The palate is vibrant and refreshing, layered with lime and a hint of mandarin. Zesty acidity carries through to a long, lively finish.

Winemaking

Our Sauvignon Blanc grapes were picked and brought into the winery for immediate pressing. The juice was cold set t led before fermentat ion wi th a mixture of different aromat ic yeasts.

Vintage

The 2024 growing season was one of the hot test and dr iest on record, resul t ing in small yields wi th except ional f rui t concent rat ion. A shor t and intense r ipening per iod ensured the f rui t was harvested quickly, achieving the per fect sugar and acid balance.
